Ryan Russell, LCSW-C, specializes in working with children, adolescents their parents, and adults. Ryan has a range of experience working within different settings such as schools, high intensity group homes, and outpatient mental health clinics. His clinical experience includes treating individuals who have a history of trauma, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and neurodevelopmental disorders. Ryan utilizes a variety of therapy techniques, believing that it is best to tailor treatment to the needs and strengths of the client. Ryan aims to use kindness and openness to create a supportive and caring environment where clients can feel safe to explore the challenges and barriers that prevent them from having a happier life.


Fun Fact: I toured India with the grandson and great grandson of Mohandas Gandhi learning the principals and application of non-violence.

Gabrielle Diener, LCPC, NCC, Med has always been driven towards the helping professions. Gabi is an energetic and compassionate mental health professional who is committed to providing high quality care to all of her clients and their families. By using an integrative approach, Gabi strives to empower and educate 

clients using effective tools and strategies to provide the support needed to achieve emotional wellness. Gabi is trained in many approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Supportive Therapy, and Dialectal Behavioral Therapy. Providing a safe space is of utmost importance, and by establishing trusting and meaningful relationships, Gabi aims to make every client feel comfortable and at ease. Gabi believes that collaboration is an imperative part of the therapeutic process, and she will happily work with all providers in order to support her clients’ needs. Gabi holds a Masters of Education in School Counseling, and enjoys assisting her clients with college and career planning. Gabi’s specialties include working with clients faced with Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Life Transitions, and LGBTQIA+ Challenges.
