Ana is a child, adolescent, and family therapist who uses an eclectic approach when treating clients and families, allowing each individual and family to be treated using the most helpful modality shown to be most effective for treating a particular concern. Ana is a Registered Play Therapist and a Child and Adolescent Trauma Professional. She is dedicated to helping clients and families improve their quality of life. Ana’s work with clients and families begins with engagement and trust building because this is a key component to effective and quality service provision. She has experience working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, anger, behavioral problems, trauma, relational and adjustment issues, concerns related to chronic medical conditions, ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, and developmental concerns. Ana loves working with adoptive children and families. She works with the family to ensure ongoing stability, permanency, and well-being. Ana helps family members strengthen their relationships and deepen their bond. 

 

During sessions, Ana utilizes her therapy dog, Willy who loves working with children who are struggling. Willy understands that life can be ruff, but he is here to help in every step of the way. He is pawsitive that you and him will be best buddies and he will help you wag more and worry less. You and him will learn to dig life. Willy will help you unleash your talents, learn new tricks, chase after your dreams, sniff out negativity, and furever love yourself.

Gabrielle Diener, LCPC, NCC, Med has always been driven towards the helping professions. Gabi is an energetic and compassionate mental health professional who is committed to providing high quality care to all of her clients and their families. By using an integrative approach, Gabi strives to empower and educate 

clients using effective tools and strategies to provide the support needed to achieve emotional wellness. Gabi is trained in many approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Supportive Therapy, and Dialectal Behavioral Therapy. Providing a safe space is of utmost importance, and by establishing trusting and meaningful relationships, Gabi aims to make every client feel comfortable and at ease. Gabi believes that collaboration is an imperative part of the therapeutic process, and she will happily work with all providers in order to support her clients’ needs. Gabi holds a Masters of Education in School Counseling, and enjoys assisting her clients with college and career planning. Gabi’s specialties include working with clients faced with Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Life Transitions, and LGBTQIA+ Challenges.
